      Pros

      Nelson is such a welcoming workplace. I’m thrilled with my role and the support I’ve had since joining the team. The entire team cares about each other and are dedicated to an aligned goal of making the best educational resources for Canadian teachers and students. I enjoy every day - my colleagues are exceptional and our customers are delightful to work with. The company offers every wonderful perk you can think of: great benefits and work life balance.

      Pros

      I've loved my experience at Nelson so far. It's been super refreshing to work with leaders who truly care about their employees, are friendly/approachable and have an exciting vision toward the future. The people on the team in general are so helpful, kind, and supportive. As a relatively new hire (6-months) I had a great onboarding experience, felt super comfortable asking questions and getting to know everyone. Overall, great quality group of people, super meaningful work, exciting projects and a healthy work environment!

      No cons to share as yet! It's busy, definitely a fast paced environment which I like but may not be for everyone
