Pros

Relatively flexible schedule depending on whether or not you work in the front end or back end.

Cons

No employee advancement opportunities Pay is low vs. the amount of work required. No benefits considering the fast paced physical requirement.

Pros

They'll hire just about anyone?

Cons

Pace workload is extremely high Not enought crew to finish job in alotted time - owner blamed crew but really not enough staff Turnover very high (maybe two month average life) Frequently called at night (once 1 hour after shift had started to ask if i could fill in...for a no show) Overnight shift means no life...and in the beginning, no benefits, no training, min wage, no respect. Shift schedule posted 1 day and half before the shift week started. Impossible to have a normal life. Min wage for the pace/pressure/lack of flexibility/treated like cannon fodder in an overnight shift for a min wage job? Cmon
