The previously named Oasis Animation Stuido has turned a new leaf since joining the Sphere Media familly and becoming Sphere Animation and there is an obvious attempt at trying to change studio culture and listen more to the artists. There are great opportunities for growth and personal development as many the company is working on creating canadian IP's.

Cons

There are still many parts of the pipeline that feel a hit disconnected between each other. The teams are often times running with at least an employee short from what is optimal. Production deadlines are often very tight, but mostly achievable.
