- when a year there easy to get a supervisor position I do not know what to write here ?

Cons

-low wages -very cold -a lot strange people -screaming all day from foreman -no clue what they doing -sometimes nobody shows up -always new employees -starting 13$ the hour -a lot kids playing around

Manager are always looking and monitoring your movement as they want you to be working every second of your life. plus they don't train you sometimes to do a new job.

A lot of benefits for the employees. They treat us well and I was working mostly from home.

Cons

It's really difficult even impossible to change things internally. Resistance to change is really a thing. After a certain time to try changing things that was requested by the upper management you lost hope that will happen. Even the management are not putting their feet's down to make things happen.
