Raj leads with transparency, vision, and a real passion for both the business and the people behind it. They’re approachable, open to feedback, and consistently communicate the “why” behind strategic decisions, which builds a lot of trust and alignment across teams. It’s clear that he cares about creating a sustainable and inclusive workplace, not just driving results.
What I appreciate most is the balance between ambition and empathy. The company is growing, and expectations are high but you’re never alone in that journey. Leadership, starting from the CEO, sets the tone by encouraging innovation, recognizing hard work, and prioritizing well-being.
