Pros

People are very nice and supportive. No politics, just a down-to-earth work environment with good pay and perks. I would highly recommend this company to someone looking to break away from the large, cold corporate environment which is so common in the Toronto job market.

Cons

The company is just getting into Canadian market and is still very small (less than than a dozen employees) but they intend to grow their business in the country and expect to hire many more people. There's very little information out there, they're a subsidiary of The Argus Group, an insurance company based out of Bermuda. Somers Isle Management (SIMs) is their Canadian branch.
