Good wage Good Benefits Cafeteria (subsidized) Local Gym Friendly Work Environment Fun Annual Golf Tournament

Cons

No usable budget to update/upgrade equipment used Have to spend money on own equipment sometimes (if you can prove a business case you may be compensated) Training only for Administrative skills (MS Office training etc) Management relies on way businesses worked 20 years ago in other companies they've worked for Management micromanages

Great leadership and showmanship at the top, and so many great ideas...Good to gain some basic work experience

Cons

But many directors, senior directors, also acting directors are just bunch of micro managers full of attitudes...Better to move on to develop the career elsewhere

No vision, mission, objectives (other than to generate revenue). Top-down, iron-fist management style is killing engagement across all levels. Lack of equity, inclusion and diversity drives women out of the organization as fast as they can be hired. This company is a case study of what not to do in leadership and customer and employee engagement.
