If you speak out and voice any concern they will insult you and deem you as not flexible. Fake people, toxic workplace, nepotism, micromanaging, promises not being met, salary doesn’t match responsibilities you are given, and lying.

I came to Spark as a Project Accountant thinking this would be a great opportunity, however absolutely everything was unorganized and there was no consistency to anything. You were required to learn quickly and grasp everything in a short manner as there is not enough time or people to train you in this role, and I would work on weekends a lot just to play catch up. When I started, it was just myself and my manager. Then they hired a director, and another PA. However, this team needs more support bc of how unorganized everything is. I would come into work around 8am and leave around 5 without taking lunch some days. I was not receiving adequate training that l needed to be successful in this role. It just wasn't worth all the stress and time I was putting into this so I quit. Hopefully they hire more people in the future, bc this team is drowning.
