Pros

This is generally a great place to work with friendly and supportive Colleagues.

Cons

At times the workload-to-employee ratio can be high, which may leave some roles feeling overstretched. Another area for improvement is the leave policy-unused leave cannot be carried over to the next year, making it difficult to plan longer vacations toward the end of the year. This can feel unfair, as personal life events cannot always be aligned with company timelines. Additionally, employees are not permitted to work from outside Canada. Together, the restrictive leave policy and the inability to work remotely from abroad can make it particularly challenging for immigrants to visit family across continents.
