      Pros

      You'll never be bored at Ubiweb lol. Great company culture where the leadership is human and actually cares. Spent 4 yrs at Ubiweb and I've grown an insane amount. Came in with an entry level job, and left with management experience having almost tripled my worth on the job market. A lot of this is thanks to the leadership team giving me the space to do my thing

      Change happens a lot. It can be exhausting at times

      Pros

      My experience after four months at Ubiweb has been nothing short of fulfilling, and I am filled with gratitude. I truly enjoy my role and have great respect for my manager. In my view, the company's greatest and most invaluable strength lies in its culture and its people. Ubiweb fosters an environment that values diverse perspectives and skillfully incorporates enjoyment into what might otherwise be routine tasks.

      Pros

      Wonderful team, you feel welcomed on day as soon as you walk in. The office is very accessible, for both car commuters and public transportation users. Large open space, incredible light, and cozy corners make it a place you want to show up to every day. The work is constant, challenging, but rewarding. Depending on your role hybrid is an option when you need to stay home and focus, which is greatly appreciated.

      Cons

      Growing pains as the company matures show up in unexpected places, and you have to be ready to adapt.
