      Great salary + benefits (annual salary review, 1 month vacation, 7 sick days, dental etc.)

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized, HR is a nightmare, the company doesn’t respect its own values, communication is absolutely terrible, no consistency in operations, no consistency in customer service, be prepared to work with 10+ different platforms with minimum to no integration, basically no training, extremely stressful/unrewarding job (you'll see that many players have gambling problems which is extremely sad). Toxic work environment! I wouldn't recommend this company to absolutely anyone. Just terrible.

      - flex hours - work from home - some genuinely good people scattered within the company - if you don't have lot of experience, they hire anyone so it's an ok place to start

      Cons

      - Lack of professionalism - Lack of management - Lack of transparency - Slow promotions, raises, and bonuses if any at all - Limited growth - Turn over rate is bad because they hire anyone even without any slight experience - Toxic environment - Gaslighting and manipulation - Underpaid - They call it just customer service rep to underpay their employees, but this is really a retention specialist role - Inconsistency - Lack of sensitivity - Cute benefits such as yoga or extra $$ for your home office, these kinds of perks are non-existent here - The positive energy that is exuded here is used to cover up the bad aspects of the company

      Unprofessional team lead and management Leads and management lost in confusion in regards to common courtesy and office professionalism. Totally clueless as to what to do and what is right. Fully Incompetent and lack of talent.
