Pros

Management is transparent, leadership is incredible, and Carey, the current CEO, is a powerful individual who really puts the employees' voices into consideration. She is constantly sharing what is on the horizon and whats on the go - whether that be good or bad. The products are well respected in the market

Cons

Although PTO is advertised as unlimited, within certain teams its very taboo and daunting to ask for it and often comments are made, making you overthink asking for days off. Additionally, when it comes to annual merit and bonuses, there is not a single equation on how you qualify or get your bonus and when you ask nobody has an answer, it seems very fluid making it challenging to work towards a specific goal
