Supportive culture, strong sales leadership, and amazing career growth opportunities
Pros
I’ve seen some of the reviews here about sales leadership and the sales team, and while everyone’s experience is different, mine has honestly been the opposite. I’ve been at Xello for over 6 years, and throughout that time I’ve felt supported, trusted, and genuinely valued by both leadership and my teammates. The culture is collaborative, people care about the mission, and there’s a real willingness to listen, grow, and improve. No company is perfect, but in my experience Xello has been a place where hard work is recognized, relationships matter, and people are given opportunities to succeed. I would never have gotten to this place in my career had it not been for the coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. I'm so grateful to have worked for such an amazing company over the last 6 years.
Cons
It was honestly difficult to think of any cons but like any growing company, priorities and processes can change quickly, which can sometimes feel challenging or require teams to adapt fast. But within that change, there are always opportunities for feedback, support, and growth.
