Pros
This company allows me to have flexible hours when I need to. I work from home all the time so I don't have to commute every day. If I need to go to the office, I can.
Cons
I have been here for a number of years now and I can't think of anything negative. We are always very busy, but that is not negative!

Pros
The culture is very inclusive and compassionate. It's a busy place and the work is very rewarding so there is never a dull moment and it's exciting to wake up every morning and come to work.
Cons
It's a very dynamic environment which can be challenging sometimes and some of the systems and processes are still maturing.
