Pros

Yellow Pages has some of the best people I’ve worked with — smart, collaborative, and genuinely caring. My favorite part of working here is collaborating across departments to achieve our shared goals. There’s a real sense of teamwork and pride in what we do. I have great trust in the new executive management team and truly believe they are steering the business in the right direction. Work-life balance is excellent, and I really appreciate that we continue to enjoy a primarily remote work environment while many companies are bringing employees back to the office.

Cons

As a company focused on returning to growth, resources can be limited at times. There are moments when we can’t do everything we’d like to, especially around engagement or new initiatives, but it’s not from a lack of effort or willingness. The intention to do better is always there, and when opportunities arise, management acts on them.

Pros

I’ve been working here for several years, and it’s truly been a positive and rewarding experience. The company genuinely values work-life balance, something that’s hard to find these days. The flexibility of remote work has allowed me to stay productive while still having time for my personal life. Even five years after COVID, the company continues to support remote work, which really shows their trust and understanding of their employees’ needs. The culture is supportive and collaborative, and management truly encourages growth and appreciation. The benefits package is excellent, it’s rare to see a company that covers the majority of our benefits. Overall, it’s been a wonderful journey. I’m very grateful for the amazing team I get to work with every day and proud to be part of such a caring and forward-thinking company.

Cons

Change can take time, but management is open to feedback and continuous improvement.
