Work life balance is extremely well. Generous PTO and public holidays. No complaints. eBay's team always has great collaboration sense and team sprits. Everyone I meet here is so supportive and nice. Generous pay compare with Canada-based company. 2 days on site. Excellent DEI.

Cons

I begin to notice some free riders.
