This visualization shows the link between employee and customer satisfaction across industries. Some industries like retail, food services and travel & tourism have a stronger relationship between employee and customer satisfaction due to the frequency and depth of employee-customer interactions. By contrast, the connection between employee satisfaction and customer experience is weaker in industries like manufacturing and information technology, in which customers rarely interact with employees.
