DIVERSITY, INCLUSION AND BELONGING
We know a diverse and inclusive work environment is an essential part of making LGC a great place to work and build a career. It is our aspiration to create and maintain a place of work, where all employees feel a sense of belonging and are able to contribute their best work in service of Science for a safer world.
Last year we appointed Julie Cormack, as our new Chief People Officer. Under Julie's leadership, we will be driving forward our diversity, inclusion and belonging roadmap. The roadmap will guide us as an organisation to achieve an approach, which is action based and consultative.
