Very conversational, personal, etc. Great team, and the interview is just to see if you have the interpersonal skills to work with the team as well as the problem solving skills and work ethic to succeed. Initial video interview with standard sales questions. Second round with hiring manager, and third round with a director. The first two rounds were very standard. The third with the director was definitely the most difficult, but it was absolutely the best interview I've ever had.
