You interview with HR first. Routine assessment of your resume and discussion of your past experiences, reason for looking/switching, and what opportunities you are looking for. Brief overview of the respectiive requirements of the role and what skillsets are required to perform. Overview of the benefits and possible avenues of growth within the division (surgical, pharma, and consumer). Ask you some rpeliminary questions as to your past challenging experiences and more detail as to your past role. Second interview is with the respective manager and questions hone in more on specific job skill set and tasks; as well ask for exaples of similar previous situations/skill employment, etc.
