The initial screening interview was conducted in person, and I was contacted eight days after submitting my resume. The interview took place in a well-appointed conference room, creating a comfortable environment. The interviewer was friendly and transparent about the skills and qualifications they were seeking. He clearly outlined which competencies I met and which ones I did not. He mentioned that once a decision is made, I will be informed of the outcome.
