The interview process at Applebee's was straightforward and pretty relaxed. After applying online, I was contacted fairly quickly to schedule an in-person interview. The interviewer was friendly and mostly asked basic questions about my availability, customer service experience, and how I handle teamwork situations.
Overall, the conversation felt more like a casual discussion than a formal interview. I didn’t encounter any difficult or technical questions, and the process moved quickly. The whole experience was smooth and low-stress.
Normal interview questions. If you have an open availability you will get hired! Don't be nervous. Just smile alot ND be friendly. My interview only lasted 15 min and was hired on the spot
