they call you on a video call if the like you, and then they call you for an interview in person. the first part is questions about how you deal wirh stress and such, the second part is you get to go in the water and watch q class

Interview
Very easy, mainly focused on availability, what you would do in certain situations - crying child or upset parent, previous experience with children. You will also get in the pool and observe a lesson to make sure it's the right fit for you.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aqua-Tots Swim School in May 2024
Interview
Interview included a phone call then an in person 30 minute interview. It took about a week to receive a response. They asked very basic questions. They are interested in people who have CPR/First Aid & Life Guard certification.
