Arcadis Civil Engineer interview questions

CV & Cover letter followed by phone interview with a member of HR to confirm my details. Then teams interview with hiring manager followed by offer. The whole process was quick and took less than a month to go from application submission to an offer.

Online interview. I only have overseas experience which seems not to be accepted by this team. The interviewer prefers a senior-level engineer for the team. The interview lasted for about 50 minutes.
