Interview
The interview process has several steps with BASF. You do an initial phone interview with HR, a teams interview with members of the leadership team, then an onsite. Fairly standard questions.

I was asked to put together a presentation on how I would approach this role from a leadership standpoint and had to present to the interview team.

Interview
Overall the process itself was nice even though the in-person was kind of strange. The recruiter via email was honestly the best part. She was clear during every step of the process and gave specific (although ultimately unhelpful) feedback after my rejection.

There were 2 rounds in the process. 1st round with HR- standard get to know. 2nd Round with a panel- behavioral based. The panel had probably 3-4 members. Basically hiring manager and her team.
