What in the wild heck is going on? It's given archaic dinosaur don't know what they want vibes.

Question 1
How did you change a process and walk us through your thoughts?
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at BC LDB (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2019
Interview
situational questions with three person panel, hr adviser was not prepared and was not professional, panel was pleasant, process was long with no communication from HR, must use star formula in response situation, task, action, results
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BC LDB (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2018
Interview
Panel based. Three interviewees. HR woman was very rude and uninterested throughout the process and caught her giggling on her own. One other female manager was pretty rude as well. On top of this they started the interview 45 mins late and zero apologies given. Shameful to think this is our public service.
