Interview
First shortlisting is invited to complete a written assignment. The assignment required preparing a short slide presentation including speaking notes. Then, if the assignment is successful, candidates will be invited to interview.
Candidates are sent 4 interview questions in advance to prepare, with the exception of 1 question.
The interview is evaluated based on your responses to the questions.

Describe how to build consensus with key parties of interest, teams, and executives on the design direction and delivery of design outputs, while explaining how to create and maintain positive relationships with them, as well as how to make sure they are informed on design progress.
