one time interview. Including one on one with manager. And panel interview with HR, Dev manager and business manager. The QA manager has no QA background at all. So she didn't/couldn't ask any detailed technical question. All high level questions.

There were 3 interviews: 1. A phone interview with HR to cover behavioral questions 2. An in-person interview with two members of the team I had applied for, covering both behavioral and competency based questions 3. Presentation of a technical project to the team members.
