Interview
Super straightforward and transparent interview process. Initial recruiter call > 30 min engineering manager 1:1 call > take-home assignment (less than 4ish hours on it) > 1 hr walkthrough take-home assignment & 1 hr simple system design > final 30 min with VP > offer!
The recruiter was amazing felt like they wanted you to succeed and gave good tips on what each interview would be looking for. Each interviewer was super friendly and both assignment walkthrough and database design interviews were very collaborative & again felt like they wanted you to succeed, with no trick questions or anything. I also appreciated how quick the whole process was ~2 weeks from initial call to final rounds.
I also thought the take-home assignment was pretty fair, many tasks to complete but the amount will depend on which level you're interviewing for. Either way, I felt I could showcase my coding strengths pretty well and in a reasonable amount of time.
