Barracuda Networks Technical Support Representative interview questions

Went through a recruiter at a job fair and was told to apply if "I was a good worker and willing to learn." I was also told training was provided. On the zoom interview, the interviewers weren't really trying to hide that they would rather be doing anything than being on this hiring call. It also turned out that the "training" provided was only focused on Barracuda's products and not on the support that the position was supposed to offer. A stark contradiction to what the recruiter had told me.

Did a skill test to show my ability. After the test was graded I sat down with management and went over the position. I was then offered the job about a week later.
