Applied to the company and received a phone call asking me to interview. Interview arranged and sat down with the manager and one other. Very relaxed and informal - Good to meet the manager and additional team member.

Interview
The interview process is pretty standard. You come in and have an interview with the manager and another senior. They questions vary but usually gauge your experience and your personality.

Can you explain what you did for your senior design project?
Very impersonal. I was asked about my experience. And we then talked about the job description. The interviewers were very friendly, which helped a lot with the nerves, Not sure it has changed since then I had a very positive experience. Be confident and friendly.
