Question 1
How would you engage shy students in speaking activities?
STAR questions. Quite short. Describe a lesson. Robotic. Slow to make an offer. Two interviewers. Managed via India to complicate matters. Describe a time you did this.... etc...and so on for around 40 minutes.

Interview
The interview process is quite easy to follow. You apply, they email you, you accept or rearrange and then it's usually on Teams these days. The interview itself isn't onerous, though there are some questions that are a bit opaque. It can take a while for them to get back to you.
