I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Broadcom (Richmond, BC) in May 2015
Interview
I was invited to the office for a technical questions. First there were just general questions about the projects I had done. Then they asked me a few questions about my previous work experience. Then they asked a programming question. And that was it. The interview questions were pretty easy and the interviewers were very friendly. Get the whole panel involved in the task they give you and they help you out.
