The first phase is a pre-recorded interview. Nothing technical it was about why you want to work for the company and what your previous experience is. You have about 5 questions where you speak and record yourself and you get 2 attempts on each question.

Did the pre-recorded interview. You are allowed to retake your video once, but you have to move on with the new video. They are looking for genuine interest in the company and for how your skills align with what they are seeking.
