First round interview is virtual and asynchronous. The questions appear on the screen then video records you responding, not a very pleasant experience. Second round interview with a real person.

How have you exemplified diversity, equity, and inclusion? (Or something close to this)
Online HireView, five basic questions like why do you want to work in this location, tell me about yourself, etc. Got a thank you email but never recieved a follow-up after that.

Interview
In Person interview, Was required to do a presentation about myself and qualifications. Went to lunch with team members. Had a tour of the office building. Everyone was very nice.
