Buyerlink Business Development Manager interview questions

Applied on line had phone interview. Immediately seemed scammy, said was a "manager position" but managed no one. Couldn't answer questions I asked about job specifics. Started off by asking my income currently and how much I expected, as well as continually noting I was young and they wanted only young people (um ageism?)
