It was an online interview with the unit's advanced practical clinical leader and the manager, The interview was around 45 minutes. I heard back maybe 2-3 weeks later from the HR person via phone call with contract details and salary.

Client mentions something about their diagnosis while you were off-site
Structured, online via Webex. Minimum of two panelists. Ten questions or less. Sufficient time to answer. Sometimes can take time to circle back with outcome of interview. Mix of behavioural questions, some scenarios, some questions about specific work experience. No "gotcha" questions.

It was a virtual interview that was about fourty minutes long. It was mainly a series of scenario-based questions that required an understanding of mental health disorders and questions where you need to demonstrate problem-solving.

It was online not more than 30 mins, they let you know when you would hear back from them, however give it more time as many people hear back 2 weeks after interview
