Extremely simple interview process. They essentially want to assess how well you can follow directions and accomplish tasks without direct supervision. it is very much an entry level job. Anyone that has a pulse should be able to successfully interview and get hired.

Can you follow directions and accomplish tasks without direct supervision?
Two interviews, first with floor manager and the next with store manager. first was a phone interview and then a zoom interview. Asked normal interview questions, both were about 15-20 minutes and heard back within 24 hours.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CB2 (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2023
Interview
The phone screening lady was very nice and friendly. She asked about my past experience and also privided me info of the role I applied. She always follow up on time to keep the process going. I didn't take the role, but the experience was nice with her.
