3 interviews: First phone screen with HR then round one with directors and round two with Senior Directors. All interviews were behavioral. Experience was very pleasant.
The phone screen was really the seller for me. The HR rep spent the first 15 mins just explaining the position and what CIBC was looking for and what all the different job levels mean. She also asked me what my aspirations are and why I was interested in CIBC.
