Cabela's interview questions

I recently had an interview for a job opportunity, and the overall experience was very smooth and straightforward. The interview process was easy and not intimidating at all. The questions were clear, simple, and mainly focused on my background and general skills. There were no difficult or unexpected questions, which made the conversation feel natural and comfortable. The interviewer was polite and professional, creating a relaxed atmosphere throughout. Overall, it was a positive experience and one of the easiest interviews I have had.

walk in interview with manager, call from hr, onboarding. took about 2 weeks before hearing back from their team. it was a solo interview, however training is done across departments mixed together by onboarding dates. we would split up for individual department stuff, otherwise had general training collectively.
