Pretty casual, need to be able to communicate clearly and be intentional. Obviously know some knowledge but mainly focus on selling yourself as a confident, reliable piece. Their interviews can be challenging if you aren’t quick on your feet.
Intern interview and the interview process was very unorganized and heavily technical, interviewer seemed disinterested right off the bat and did not make an effort to get to know me as a candidate, seemed to only want to quiz me
