The 2nd round interviewer showed zero preparation and followed a rigid routine without discussing actual projects. I observed unprofessional technical wording and skills, along with a clear lack of respect for the interviewee. Additionally, he/she kept dodging questions regarding the position. Overall, a highly unusual and negative experience.
