Interview
Started with an introductory interview with the principal software developer, then a second round with other members of the team. The second round had some technical questions about data structures and C++ syntax. Some of the members were not interested in the interview, but the Principle Software Developer was very nice and engaging.

Mostly behaviorial, resume dump, asked about future goals and current skills, you get in a call with a junior developer and a senior developer and then a call with HR

First step was a phone interview. Just to get to know you / get some background on you. After that was asked to do a coding challenge. Sent it in and never heard back.
