First round is a one way interview to get to know you as a person, your background and your values as a working professional. Second round is in person based off situational questions (S.T.A.R).

Video, one-way, followed by a Microsoft Teams interview with one HR coordinator and the Supervisor of the position. Standard behaviour-based questions with an emphasis on safety. The one-way video interview was a little awkward at first, but you were allowed a second try at the entire thing at the end.
