I did 2 phone interviews. First one was very general like why do you want to work at Cisco. Second interview was technical with very simple C++ questions about pointers and arrays.

The interview process has started with assessment after qualifying in assessment ,virtual technical rounds were happened in webex application in that you have to wait unitl your names comes after they will call your name your interview will be start.There will be total 5 rounds 1st one is assessment,2 technical rounds,1 techno mangerial round and hr round

First stage interview was great, The interviewer was very good.
The second stage wasn't that great, Interviewer was good but I think I didn't do well. The second was combined of tech and managerial interview.
