Interview
I walked in for one of their job fairs. All the applicants were individually screened by various supervisors. The supervisor that was interviewing me explained the job(job responsibilities, expectations, stated the starting wage) and how the call center operates. Standard "suitability" questions.
I was booked to be interviewed by an HR manager a couple days later. Right off the bat she stated that she "Google'd me" (I guess that's to be expected, she was probably just trying to be completely transparent about it) ahead of time and complimented what she had found(eg: "nothing troubling"). She again further explained how the call center worked and the interview consisted of multiple behaviourial questions. Interviewed went well, no illegal questions, no particularly sneaky questions.
