Corpay interview questions

My interview process with Corpay was well‑structured and professional from start to finish. It began with a very capable talent acquisition associate who set clear expectations and communicated consistently. I appreciated the initial recorded session, which allowed me to provide background information in a focused way before moving into the live conversations. From there, the interview rounds were thoughtful and well‑paced, with each discussion building naturally on the last. Every person I spoke with was prepared, engaged, and respectful of my time. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience that reflected a mature and organized hiring process.

It was a 2-round interview process that they had set up, where the first round was technical and the second round was behavioral. Each round was around an hour long and was a bit difficult with people asking different questions.
