I was scheduled for an 11:00 AM interview in November 2025 for a seasonal Bakery Associate's position. I had no idea where to check in, I had to ask a couple of different people, and was eventually led into a very noisy break room where people were constantly talking or in and out to complete paperwork that took approximately 30 minutes to finish. Once it was completed, I waited another 15 minutes, or so, for an associate to get me, then was escorted into a small office where I was interviewed by a department manager and a second associate. The conversation seemed to be "scripted" as the questions I was asked were very basic (what you'd get at any interview, nothing special or challenging). The manager appeared to be either distracted, uninterested, or had given so many interviews that he was merely going through the motions. It was very difficult to get excited about being there due to the energy in the room. That definitely killed the vibe throughout the interview and I felt as though I was an inconvenience. The interview portion had taken approximately 20 minutes and the entire process took a little over an hour.
