Full-day assessment centre comprising of a group assessment, solo assessment, and a traditional interview. Interview segment was very relaxed and conversational. Partners were very nice and approachable. Pays to do research on the firms new service offerings (I.e ESG) and any new tech the company as adopted / created.

Interview
One way interview answering basic questions, then an online interview with HR which covered basic things about myself and my experience. Very conversational and didn't test my legal knowledge at all.

Interview
Application including cover letter, transcript and 2 video questions. Second round was a full interview day with formal interview, group exercises and presentation. This finished off with a post interview function where we were able to talk with partners and other lawyers.
