The interview process had 2 rounds.
Round 1: Standard Android development questions covering core concepts and experience.
Round 2: Face-to-face interview at the office with more in-depth technical discussions. The interviewers were knowledgeable, and I genuinely enjoyed the technical conversations and overall office environment. The process felt engaging and gave a good opportunity to discuss Android architecture, problem-solving, and real-world scenarios.
The main area for improvement is the communication timeline between interview rounds. The gap between my first and second round was around 40 days, and the overall response time after interviews has also been quite long. While the experience itself was positive, faster updates and clearer communication from the HR/recruitment side would make the candidate experience much better.
